At Hotel Koldingfjord, we have the fundamental stand that only content and loyal employees can create value for our guests.
Thus, we essentially focus on job satisfaction and job development.
Via Hotel Koldingfjord’s membership of the confederation of Danish Conference Centres, we every spring analyse, how satisfied our employees are with work, as well as their loyalty towards Hotel Koldingfjord.
In 2013, we achieved the following results on a scale from 1 to 7:
Employee satisfaction for all hotel departments 6,4 i 2013 (6,2 in 2012)
Employee loyalty for all hotel departments 6,2 i 2013 (6,0 in 2012)
80% of the employees answered the questionnaire.
We regard the achieved results to be very satisfactory, and our aim for 2014 is to maintain this level.
The results from the analysis are published by department, in which we had more than 5 respondents, and the total result is published here on Hotel Koldingfjord’s website.
The results are then handled both total and on department basis.
