Here are our suggestions for designing your meeting. Of course you are able to design it, so it fits your whishes and needs for the metting - please contact one of the conference coordinators.

• DAYTIME MEETING
  Meeting room from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. 08.00 - 16.00
  Morning buffet: Coffee, tea, various freshly-baked breads from own bakery, cheeses, marmalades, various cold meats, juice of the day, ice water and freshly-cut fruit.
  Lunch buffet: Warm and cold dishes, cheeses and cakes, incl. 1 beer or soft drink as well as coffee and tea.
  Afternoon buffet: Coffee, tea, freshly-baked cakes from own bakery, vegetable snacks, ice water and fresh fruit.
  
  
• ONE-DAY CONFERENCE
  Meeting room from 8 a.m. - 8 a.m. 08.00 - 08.00
  Morning buffet: Coffee, tea, various freshly-baked breads from own bakery, cheeses, marmalades, various cold meats, juice of the day, ice water and freshly-cut fruit.
  Lunch buffet: Warm and cold dishes, cheeses and cakes, incl. 1 beer or soft drink as well as coffee and tea.

  Conference dinner: The chef compiles 2 courses using seasonal ingredients.

  Prices include 1 meeting room with standard AV equipment and free wireless internet connection.
  For events of minimum 25 persons there is free use of a LCD projector and sound system in the meeting room.
