Thus, we have developed a book on reflection at Hotel Koldingfjord – a small tool, which reinforces the learning process of your conference participants by means of simple meditation exercises and reflection theories.
The book on reflection e. g. contains input and exercises from Charlotte Mandrup’s book "Mindfulness for everyday life" as well as from coach Mike Hohnen.
