Hybrid meetings at Hotel Koldingfjord

It's nice to meet, but sometimes it makes sense for some meeting participants to be virtual while others are gathered at Hotel Koldingfjord.

That's why we offer hybrid meetings that combine the best of physical and virtual meetings.

Specifically, this means that some participants in the meeting can be gathered at Hotel Koldingfjord in our large, bright meeting rooms. Other participants can be at home in front of the PC or gathered in another room, for example at your company. 

We make sure that the technology works on the first try. You will get excellent sound and picture between the physical meeting and the virtual participants. It won't be quite like having everyone gathered at Hotel Koldingfjord, but we will make sure that it will feel as close as possible.
