Guide: How to make two delicious summer drinks

Summer is here, and what's better than an ice-cold drink on the terrace?

Our waiters Simon Agerkvist and Michael Krogh show you how to make the two summer drinks: Tom Collins Strawberry and French 75.

Guide to a perfect Tom Strawberry Collins

You will need:

  • Ice cubes
  • 4 cl of gin 
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 4 cl strawberry syrup 
  • Danish water 

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, lime juice and strawberry syrup and shake the ingredients together. Pour the drink into your glass. Then top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry before serving.

Guide to a delicious French 75
The French 75 is a classic cocktail with bubbles that combines fresh citrus with gin and champagne.

You will need:

  • Ice cubes
  • 4 cl of gin
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • Champagne

Fill a shaker with ice cubes, gin, lime juice and sugar syrup. Shake the ingredients well and strain the drink into a glass. Carefully top with champagne and serve immediately.
