Whether you dream of becoming a manager or already have management responsibilities, you can strengthen your skills in a training program starting on August 10th.

Do you dream of becoming a manager? Then you now have the opportunity to enroll in the academy's management training program, which gives you the basic tools to step into a leadership role.

If you already have experience as a manager, you can develop your skills through a diploma in management.

Register for the program as a diploma leader

Both programs are now open for registration and start on August 10th.

Hotel Koldingfjord has been chosen as the training venue to provide the participants with the best setting for peace, immersion and professional development. The training begins with a boarding stay at the hotel on August 10-11, with accommodation and meals provided.

Subsequently, part of the teaching will take place online. The participants will meet again at Hotel Koldingfjord on September 24-25.

The courses are designed for people who are working, so it is up to you how many courses you register for. The courses can therefore easily be completed over a longer period.
