New screens make meetings even better

Before you hold a conference at Hotel Koldingfjord, you will always meet with our experienced staff to discuss your wishes and how we can best accommodate them. This applies to table layout, digital presentations, catering, video calls and the possibility of group work. 

In four of our conference rooms we have installed new LED screens that can display your presentation from your computer via a wireless device. The screens are framed in light oak, creating a pleasant and calm atmosphere in the room.

“Our new screens are easy to operate without wires, and they are quiet. This means you get rid of the annoying background noise that comes from classic projectors,” says Allan Juul-Arnfred, who is responsible for the AV equipment.

There is always a technician in the house when conferences are held. Allan Juul-Arnfred is one of our experienced employees, who has a background in the television industry. He will stop by your meeting room to greet you before your guests arrive, so you can rest assured that everything is working. If you experience IT problems on the day, Allan Juul-Arnfred is just a phone call away.
