EXPERIENCE THE VIEW from 20 new hotel apartments and double rooms

The craftsmen are currently busy preparing ten new hotel apartments with a living room, bedroom and mini-kitchen and ten new double rooms in the historic buildings Granly and Fjordglimt.

The new rooms are located in buildings from 1917 and 1933, which previously housed the infant ward of the Christmas Stamp Sanatorium and the Danish Nursing History Museum. The rooms are a short walk from Hotel Koldingfjord's main building.

“We look forward to bringing the historic buildings to life when the rooms are finished after the summer holidays,” says Malte Strunge, conference and events manager.

Malte Strunge is following the construction closely, and he is in constant dialogue with the craftsmen about how the process is progressing. The rooms can be booked from August 2026, and you must be at least 16 years old to stay there.

“The new rooms are furnished with designer furniture by world-famous furniture architect Finn Juhl and give guests space for peace, reflection and contemplation,” says Malte Strunge.

When the rooms are finished, Hotel Koldingfjord will have room for even more conference guests, as the hotel will have 152 rooms.
