Well-being analysis

At Hotel Koldingfjord, it is a fundamental belief that only satisfied and loyal employees can create value for our guests.

Therefore, focusing on employee well-being and development in the job is essential.

Every spring, Hotel Koldingfjord conducts a survey of employees' satisfaction with their work and their loyalty to the workplace.

In 2026, we achieved the following results measured on a scale from 0 to 100:

Social capital for all hotel departments 86,0 general labor market: 69,0
*Social capital is based on trust and fairness                    

Management quality for all hotel departments 83,2 general labor market: 63,1  

84% of employees responded to the questionnaire.

We consider the results achieved to be very satisfactory. However, there are critical points, which are being addressed in the individual departments.

The results of the analysis are published by department, where there are more than 5 respondents, and the overall result is published here on Hotel Koldingfjord's website. The results are subsequently processed collectively and by department.
