In January 2011, the management group at Hotel Koldingfjord adopted the following vision statement for Hotel Koldingfjord A/S, and it remains our vision today:

Strategy for Hotel Koldingfjord
On September 16, 2013, the board of directors of Hotel Koldingfjord adopted the following formulation of the overall operating strategy for
Hotel Koldingfjord A/S:
GOAL:
- The net result must be restored to a positive level through a focus on sales at existing capacity and a constant focus on costs.
The path to the goal:
- Strengthening value creation for our guests
- Strengthening and developing the workforce
taking into account turnover and activity level in general. Continued training and development of the staff is ensured. - Maintaining high building maintenance in collaboration with the building owner.
- Strengthening and developing a high and consistent level of quality to continue to secure the Hotel Koldingfjord brand and the Louisehøj brand.
- Maintaining a high price level, while constantly taking into account capacity and periods.
- Strengthening and developing sales and marketing efforts.
- Special focus on the primary target group, the conference segment.
- Due care and sound business practice must be exercised in all respects.
