Imagine a warm summer evening where you are welcomed with cold refreshments and light snacks on Hotel Koldingfjord's top terrace - with direct views of the fjord and the green surroundings.
As the sun slowly sets and the conversations take shape, saxophonist Jesper Gruschy provides atmospheric music that sets the tone for the rest of the evening.

Dinner under the open sky
When dusk falls, we light the torches and get ready for a summer evening with dinner on Hotel Koldingfjord's lower terrace – closer to the fjord and with nature as our closest neighbor.
You take your seat at beautifully set, round tables and enjoy your appetizer in the last rays of the evening sun. After that, we offer either a wide selection of succulent grilled specialties – straight from our outdoor grill – or an elegantly served menu, depending on your wishes.
The evening is rounded off with a dessert experience that both surprises and pampers: our chefs move out and serve the last course. in smoke and steam – a sweet ending with a wow effect.
