Chocolate scones
Chocolate scones are a delicious snack for coffee, a packed lunch or for a little hunger. Our baker has been kind enough to share his recipe - it is both easy and quick to make. Enjoy
ingredienser
½ l buttermilk
250 g cold butter
185 g sugar
1000 g wheat flour
50 g baking powder
25 g vanilla sugar
625 g dark chocolate
Course of action
Cut the cold butter into cubes. Chop the dark chocolate into the desired size. Then mix all the ingredients together. Pat the dough into a square or onto a plate. Refrigerate the dough for approx. 1 hour.
Roll the dough to the desired thickness and then cut it into the desired size.
Bake your chocolate scones in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-14 minutes.
