Spinach balls

Our baker Lennart gives you a delicious recipe for spinach buns that are both healthy and fluffy and perfect for a good afternoon snack after a walk in the great outdoors or for a packed lunch.

They are quick to bake and taste amazing, so spend an afternoon baking with the kids when you need to have some fun in the kitchen.

ingredienser

For approx. 30 pcs.

0,5 ltr. cold milk
1,2 kg flour
2 eggs
75 g. yeast
75 g. sugar
10 g. salt
125 g butter
125 g spinach

Course of action

Mix all the ingredients together - except the spinach.

Blend the spinach and stir it into the dough at the end. 

Knead the dough until it is smooth and shiny. (approx. 10 minutes slowly and 2 minutes quickly)

Let the dough rest for half an hour, then weigh out the dough for the buns - approx. 60 grams per bun. Then let them rise until double in size.

Bake at 200 degrees for 6-7 minutes.
