Fresh and cold-pressed aronia, grown on a family plantation

Denmark's largest Aronia berry plantation is located at the old Elkærholm watermill, just 5 km from Kolding Storcenter. The Aronia bush originally comes from North America, where the Indians used the berries as natural medicine. Today, it is cultivated mainly because of the berries' extremely high content of antioxidants.

In the farm winery on Elkærholm, the Søeberg family gently transforms the night-black, sun-ripened berries into Aronia Shot (juice), Aronia Mother Juice, Raw Pickled Aronia, Aronia liqueur, ice cream, jelly, tea and much more.

The products are sold in the farm shop, which is open 7 days a week.
